At Renascence Academy, your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the digital nature of our programs, there are a few conditions, however.

1. Eligibility

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee only if less than 25% of the course has been completed.

2. How to Request

To request a refund, email [email protected] with your full name, order confirmation, and reason for the refund within 14 days of purchase.

3. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued if more than 25% of course content has been accessed or completed.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
